We currently ship to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time

After shipment, you will generally receive your order within 3-7 business days. During busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium on participating promotions and orders. Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email, allowing you to track your package.

Not at Home for Delivery

If you are not at home for delivery, the delivery service will follow their own procedure, such as delivery to a neighbor or a nearby pickup point.
