If you don't see results within 90 days of delivery, or if you're not satisfied for any other reason, please contact us at contact@thecurvella.com. We will review your request and, in the case of a valid complaint, offer a full refund, no questions asked.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer within the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us at contact@thecurvella.com with a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the agreement.

Conditions for return

The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, unless the return falls under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
Keep your order confirmation or order number as proof of purchase.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Refund

Once we have approved your return request, you will receive the refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Damaged or incorrect products

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@thecurvella.com with a photo of the product, and we will resolve this for you immediately.
