By placing an order, you make an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if there is an error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud.
Cancelling your order
Hasn't your order shipped yet? Then you can cancel it free of charge. Email contact@thecurvella.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order is already on its way, you can use your right to cancel or our 90-day guarantee.
Prices and payment
All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Products
Our product descriptions are written with care. Small differences in colour, packaging or appearance are possible and do not count as a defect in delivery.
