90-day money-back guarantee
If you don't see results within 90 days of delivery, or you're unhappy for any other reason, contact us at contact@thecurvella.com. We'll review your request and, for a valid claim, give you a full refund with no further questions.
Right to cancel (14 days)
As a UK consumer, you also have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the product back.
To cancel, let us know at contact@thecurvella.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.
Cancelling an order
Hasn't your order shipped yet? Then you can cancel it free of charge. Email us as soon as possible at contact@thecurvella.com with your order number.
How to return
- Email contact@thecurvella.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Within 24 hours (on business days) you'll receive a confirmation with the return address and instructions.
- Send the product back and keep your proof of postage.
Please don't send products back without contacting us first — otherwise we can't process your return.
Return conditions
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, unless the return falls under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
- Keep your order confirmation or order number as proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we've approved your return request, you'll receive your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order.
Damaged or incorrect products
Received a damaged or wrong product? Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@thecurvella.com with a photo of the product, and we'll sort it out straight away.
